Why a Band instead of a DJ?:

You have invested so much time and effort to make your wedding unique – the bride's and bridesmaids' dresses, ceremony music, reception venue, table centerpieces, color scheme . . . Why then, would you select the SAME pre-recorded music that your friends and family have seen and heard at countless other receptions?
      * At the vast majority of social events, about half of the guests will be avid dancers, while the other half will dance only occasionally. Watching a DJ press buttons while holding a pair of headphones to his ear offers little or no entertainment value for guests who are sitting out a dance. In an attempt to compensate for this, DJs have added more lighting and other "extras" - which have driven up their costs.
      * Frequently during the course of the evening, many guests, both on the dancefloor and those seated at tables will applaud the band's performance. When is the last time you saw an audience applaud the performance of a DJ?
